Job Description: Purpose of this role: The purpose of this role is to be interested in the full spectrum of design with a growing knowledge of where aesthetic look-and-feel overlaps with behavioural user experience. They are a key member of the creative department to realise the creative output and creative product. Responsibilities

1. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative solutions
2. Collaborate with the social team and understand the requirements
3. The candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in industry.
4. The candidate will be responsible to conceptualise, deliver quality work and execute different creative formats like, Motion Graphics, Sttaics, Social media posts, Branding, etc
5. Should have proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Aftereffects, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
6. Should have good communication and presentation skills.
7. The candidate will also be responsible to mentor Jr Designers.
8. Creates final design assets such as social posts, online ads, etc.
9. Pitches creative ideas.
10. Conceptualises visuals based on requirements.
11. Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand for client
