As a key member of our Change Management Office department, your role is to lead worldwide organizational change management initiatives, coach senior leaders during the execution of those engagements and contribute to the OCM capability building process within Wipro. Roles & Responsibilities: This is a critical role within our growing Practice where you manage the key interactions with our senior stakeholders to land and anchor change initiatives.

  • Assessing stakeholder landscape, Organization Change Management (OCM) maturity and change-/business impact to define appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Determining OKR’s, success metrics and KPI’s that can be used to measure success of the Organization Change Management (OCM) project and make adjustments to plans as needed.
  • Defining a Organization Change Management (OCM) strategy with related -concepts to land change within the impacted organization, successfully.
  • Contribute to Organization Change Management (OCM) capability building across the organization and create feedback mechanisms that will help sustain transformation success.
  • Working closely with the Central Change Management Office to gather and share Organization Change Management (OCM) good practices and feedback from local change stakeholders.
  • Actively engaged in the Change Ambassador Community across the firm.
  • Mentor and coach stakeholders across the organization.
  • Communicating effectively and collaborating as part of a team of professionals.
  • Facilitate inclusive Organization Change Management (OCM) workshops, -meetings leveraging design thinking models.
  • Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Establishing and managing stakeholder expectations while maintaining a positive, proactive and professional demeanor.
The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with a total work experience of atleast 15+ years in managing organizational change initiatives in a global technology firm. Required Expertise:
  • Experience with a defined change management methodology is desired. You will need to demonstrate a passion for and experience of managing change across a global organization.
In addition, you will possess or be able to demonstrate the following:
  • A Master’s degree in Anthropology, Psychology, Marketing, Business or related field/or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 15 years of professional experience in management consulting, coaching, visual communications, change management or related field expertise.
  • Experience across High Tech / Professional Service industry is highly preferred.
  • A track record of effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises and the ability to manage those relationships, effectively.
  • Excellent social, communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; eg. experience with Prosci’s ADKAR Model.
  • Experience with delivery as part of a global engagement team with appropriate business acumen.
  • Change Management experience in leading corporate’s through business model redesign, organizational restructuring, acquisition and post merger integration is a plus.
  • Intercultural experience & multi-language skills needed.
