For more information about Fresh Minds, visit  . The Opportunity Exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our ProCare Fresh Minds leadership team. As the Operations Manager - Programmes and Partnerships, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the Fresh Minds Therapy Centres, based at our 3 Auckland sites in Ellerslie, Manukau and Rosedale. Flexibility to travel as per business needs when required is essential. This role will have oversight of the effective management towards our Primary Mental Health, Youth Health, Parenting and Better Wellbeing programmes, including clinical outcomes, best use of resources, and will have a strong emphasis on growing and diversifying Fresh Minds total offering within Aotearoa, New Zealand. As part of the Fresh Minds Senior Leadership Team, you will be committed to delivery on business plans, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our services that are best in class, whānau-centred care that is tailored to need, and ensuring the practice is a financially responsible and sustainable business. You will nurture positive relationships with our key funding agencies, partner organisations and other stakeholders. As well as the leadership support and direction to all Therapy Centres and the Client Services team. The successful candidate will have the following key skills/attributes:
  • Minimum of 5 years operational management experience, preferably within healthcare or an adjacent industry. Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in a leadership role, nurturing and developing high performing teams and cultures.
  • Working knowledge of clinical practice management workflows, processes and systems, and NZ health legislation and compliance, and in relation to the provision of mental health and addiction services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen and confidence to lead business through growth and change.
  • A passion for improving equitable health outcomes for the population of Tāmaki Makaurau and Aotearoa, New Zealand.
  • A desire to understand and appreciate Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application to Fresh Minds/ProCare and how it shapes our efforts.
