The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, data collection, email marketing, biding of software development services, cold calling. The role will also involve providing support of billing and ensuring smooth operation of information technology systems. Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in working with software company(website, application development services)
- Client handling and calling Support experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of software technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/BSC IT/MBA or related field
