Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities in the Varanasi region. This includes identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. While the role is primarily based in Varanasi, there is flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications
- Minimum two years background in automobile industry (preferable 2W, 3W or tractor)
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and eco-friendly transportation is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
