• to review and analyse criticality of infrastructure and business processes, applications.
• of industry standards and best practices.
• in working with overseas customers.
• in managing stakeholders remotely, spread across multiple geographies.
• to understand technology specifications, operational procedures and organizational policies.
• written and oral communication skills.
• to document risk reports and executive reports.
