We are hiring IT Project Manager to join one of our major clients based out of UAE. This is fully Remote role. Job Role - IT Project Manager Employment Type - 12 months and extendable Contract Job Location - Remote Reuired Skills
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project and/or program management with at least 3 years of experience in an agile environment
- Experience in organizational change management is a plus
- Promotes agile values and principles
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Good understanding of service delivery related key performance indicators
- Project delivery experience in a similar IT environment
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
- Outstanding of organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in cross functional teams to provide the best solution
- Experience in being a part of Agile Center of Excellence for large enterprises (preferred)
- Experience with MS Suite, MS project, JIRA and Confluence (preferred)
- Should have multi-tasking and strong planning capabilities
- Must be able to do status reporting to management and leadership in a seamless manner
