Purpose of The Role: The core purpose of the Inside Sales Executive is to generate revenue across targeted markets by identifying potential clients, reaching out to detail value of the solution, and guiding them towards closure. Job Brief: As an Inside Sales Executive, your role will include -1) Outbound Sales Activity via Email Campaigns:
  • You will be reaching out to targeted customers via personalized and educative emails.
2) Outbound Sales Activity via Phone-calls:
  • You will be reaching out to C-level executives at targeted companies via phone calls to inform and educate them on our SaaS product, with the intent of scheduling platform-demonstration meetings.
3) Deal Closure:
  • Once the Product team has demonstrated the platform and it’s value to prospect clients - you will be responsible for actively following-up with these prospect clients to ensure deal closure and customer success.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • Clear and Persuasive communication skills with verbal and written English.
  • 1+ Yrs of Outbound / cold-calling experience
  • Confidence with reaching out to prospect clients via cold calls and cold emails.
  • Ability to build rapport through engaging and persuasive conversations.
  • Drive to succeed and exceed targets to earn maximum commission payouts.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, LinkedIn, MS Word and MS Excel.
Qualifications: Graduate in any stream is fine. Post Graduates are preferred! Other Requirements:
  • Should be comfortable cold-calling over 60 prospects daily to scheduling meetings.
  • Should be confident and comfortable explaining the value of the platform over a phone call.
Location of the Job :
  • Please note that this is a Full-Time WORK FROM OFFICE position
  • Working Hours - 5 days a week – 9AM till 6PM
  • Office is in RT Nagar, Bangalore, India – 560024
Salary: ₹ 6,00,000 – ₹ 8,00,000 per year Benefits:
