System Integration Specialist (SAP CPI)

Job Details: Title: Project Manager (SAP Integration) Location: India Work Mode: Hybrid/Remote Role Purpose: The role of Project Manager is to support HC system like SuccessFactors, primarily CPI integrations inbound/outbound from Employee Central. Senior Integration Consultant will be taking care of end to end integrations between SF and other systems making sure the right data is driven at the right place. Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Working with functional and technical consultants analyzing data integration requirements and design appropriate integration solutions including, where required, transformation routines.
• Providing advisory services to the business to understand their data management issues and advising on appropriate data management strategies and techniques.
• Deploying standard interfaces on SAP CPI and develop custom inflows to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with 3rd party systems
• Strong experience in design and implementation of CPI with preload and post load validation of integration.
• Reconciliation and analysis to prove data correctness and completeness of integration or migration tasks.
• Ensure the data integration quality for better digital experience and support the respective key areas for a smooth functioning of operations like Payroll processing, Employee central process etc.
• Manage the processes, identify and execute in high impact projects by designing CPI validation and design steered deliverables with appropriate prioritization while performing other operational task in parallel.

• 5+ Years of experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• Integration experience with HR/HCM (SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
• Should have participated in at least two end to end implementations of Cloud services.
• Knowledge of Web services, XML, JSON, REST and ODATA services.
• Hands on experience in developing custom interfaces with SAP Cloud Platform Integrations along with configuring standard content for Cloud solutions.
• 3-5 Integration implementation /or support on HC systems.
• Functional knowledge in HR domain.

• 5+ years of experience in CPI Integration
• Have strong understanding of Data
• Experience in Inflows, configuring adapters, CPI inbound/outbound.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education.
• Extensive knowledge with CPI/HCI
