As a Photo Editor, you will be responsible for enhancing photo content to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered to our clients. This role involves detailed editing, color correction, and creative input to bring photographic visions to life. The Photo Editor will report to senior management and collaborate closely with photographers to maintain the aesthetic and quality standards of the studio. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with photographers to understand and execute the desired aesthetic for each project.
• Edit photos for color correction, lighting, and retouching to ensure the photos meet the studio’s quality standards.
• Use advanced photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to create visually appealing images.
• Maintain a consistent style and high quality across all images by adhering to the studio’s editing protocols.
• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Provide creative input on projects and participate in the selection of images for delivery to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in photo editing to continuously improve the quality and creativity of the studio’s photographic content.
• Prepare images for various uses such as digital albums, prints, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance visual content for promotional materials.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Wedding photo editing, preferably in wedding and portrait photography.
• Strong proficiency in photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Excellent eye for detail and an artistic hand in photo retouching.
• Independent self-starter capable of leading projects and taking initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Portfolio showcasing before and after editing examples is required.
