Sophos is headquartered in Oxford, U.K. More information is available at Role Summary We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to play a pivotal role in utilizing and optimizing our lead management processes. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, detail-oriented, and responsible for managing the entire lead management process, including list management, data loading, data integrity, and analysis.What You Will Do
Lead Data Management:- Develop and implement strategies for efficient lead data management.
- Perform regular data loading, ensuring accuracy in lead databases.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.
- Create and curate targeted lead lists based on predefined criteria.
- Optimize lead lists for precision in campaign targeting and segmentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with data governance policies.
- Establish and enforce robust data quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually enhance overall data quality.
- Lead efforts to maintain database health and data quality and troubleshoot marketing automation issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot bi-directional data structures between Eloqua and Salesforce.com for seamless data integration.
- Leverage PowerBI and other cutting-edge analytics tools to generate insightful data quality reports.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and relevant teams to align lead management strategies with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with IT to integrate and optimize lead management systems.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline lead management processes.
- Propose and drive improvements to enhance overall efficiency in the lead management process.
What You Will
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proven B2B experience as a Lead Management Specialist or similar role.
- Tech savviness - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a keen focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Willing to work from 6PM to 2AM Manila hours.
- Familiarity with Eloqua (or equivalent), LeanData, 6Sense, Power Query, PowerBI, Snowflake, PowerApps, Alteryx, Asana, JIRA, and DemandTools
