JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL MARKETER AND SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT Responsibilities as a Digital Marketer and Social Media Expert: Digital Marketing Strategy Google Ads Management and Optimisation Klaviyo Campaigns Management and Flow Optimisation (Websites) Maropost Marketing Cloud Campaigns management and journey Optimisation (Retail) Content Creation and Management Social Media Management Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI. Create and manage engaging content for social media channels including Facebook Twitter Instagram and LinkedIn. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement. Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive insights. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. content design) to develop compelling marketing collateral and landing pages. Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to drive business growth. Experience in the following is nonnegotiable: Shopify Klaviyo Google Ads Qualifications as a Digital Marketer/Social Media Expert: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEM SEO social media marketing and email marketing. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Facebook Insights) to track and measure campaign performance. Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. OTHER IMPORTANT FUNCTION Exceptional English Skills Excellent in written and verbal communication. Stay organized and able to answer questions about project milestones.
