As our Head of Manufacturing, you'll take the lead in the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art roastery at Twenty-Three. This role is about much more than managing production—it's about owning and elevating the entire site, setting the bar for quality and innovation in our industry. You’ll lead a highly skilled team of experts who are passionate about the art and science of coffee, whilst shaping the future of our roastery. Your responsibilities extend across all areas of production, workflow, and team management, ensuring seamless operations and the delivery of exceptional products. You'll drive a culture of continuous improvement, refining processes and systems around quality, compliance, and efficiency. By leading transformative projects and collaborating closely with your leadership team and key stakeholders, you’ll own the opportunity to elevate our coffee manufacturing to unprecedented levels. Who are we looking for? We're seeking a proven manufacturing leader with extensive experience in food or beverage production and a passion for continuous improvement. You don't need to come from a coffee background, but strong FMCG experience is a must as is your commitment to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency - that will set you apart from the rest. You're not just managing the team—you’re a connector, coach, and champion for excellence. In the recruitment process, we will assess your expertise in high-volume manufacturing plants and proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle, JDE, or SAP. Your deep knowledge of quality assurance, including GMP and food safety standards is essential.
