Job Description : We are seeking a passionate and experienced DGCA Certified Drone Instructor to join our team at Astrovega Aviation Private Limited. As a Small and Medium Class DGCA Certified Drone Instructor for our Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO), you will play a crucial role in training aspiring drone pilots to obtain their DGCA certification. Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for small and medium class drone operations in accordance with DGCA regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct classroom instruction, practical training sessions, and flight simulations to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to operate drones safely and effectively.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources, to support the training curriculum.
• Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students, addressing their strengths and areas for improvement to ensure successful completion of the training program.
• Stay updated on advancements in drone technology, regulations, and training methodologies to continuously enhance the training curriculum and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with other instructors and stakeholders to maintain a positive learning environment and uphold the standards of excellence for our training programs.

• DGCA certification as a Remote Pilot Instructor for Small and Medium Class drones. DGCA certified instructors on Small Class only can also apply.
• Extensive experience in drone operations and training, with a strong understanding of DGCA regulations and requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs and achieving positive learning outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students of varying backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to develop and manage training schedules, resources, and assessments.
