  • Graduate with Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent Bachelor s Degree (Open to fresh graduates)
  • Good functional technical and analytical Skills
  • Positive cando attitude
  • Ability to adjust to company s operational demand/space
  • Diligent and pays good attention to detail particularly in following companydefined processes
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Ability to handle support issues
  • Selfmotivated and proactive
  • Must have good written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers peers and management via multiple communication channels
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and Windows OS navigation
  • Experience in supporting live applications and managing business critical technical and functions and SLA compliance
  • Must be willing to work in The Ignacia Place TIP (morning shift) 6:45 am to 3:45 pm (Manila Time)
Advantageous to have:
  • Experience in voice call support
  • Background in Financial Applications and Australian Financial Process
Drive Excellence: Key Duties
  • Supplier Verification Activities phoning Australian companies to confirm payment details
  • Providing highquality customer support for EFTsure Clients and stakeholders (Ticket Based and Voice Support)
  • Familiarizing yourself on Australian financial process
  • Developing expertise on our service and application and should be able to work with less supervision
