• Monitoring and supporting both staging and production systems
• Investigating problems, performing root cause analysis, and deriving resolutions.
• Preparing for and taking part in the periodic releases of new software.
• Serving as an escalation point for issues flagged by customer support.
• Working closely with our internal third-line support teams.
• Introducing and implementing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance NOC efficiency
• Bridging the gap between NOC and DevOps teams to increase knowledge and reduce escalations
• Understanding and finding ways to automate tasks within operations.
• Acting as a point of contact for developers and providing support for any issues that may arise
• Ensuring documentation is well maintained

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related course
• At least two (2) years of experience working in a similar support function 
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of system and application management practices 
• Exposure to technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace and Splunk 
• Proficiency in Linux technologies
• Ability to identify risk versus urgency for any given task
• Ability to work harmoniously in a team environment
• Willing to work on a hybrid set-up
