- Oversee the management of the organizations investment portfolio to secure and maximize rental income.
- To deliver high-quality, efficient, and effective property management services for the Organizations property portfolio
- Ensuring hitch-free internal and external customer experience
- Inspection, Market Survey, and Analysis of Asset
- Marketing company properties for sale and letting
- Business development through the upgrading of the portfolio
- Liaising between the company and vendors
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements closing statements, deeds, and leases.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
- Build a network of agents and coordinate and develop a robust relationship with them for the company by organizing quarterly meetings with them
- Protects the companys value by keeping information confidential
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Managing Director.
- First degree in Estate Management or any other relevant field from a reputable academic institution
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of valuation and agency area of the professional practice
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to adapt to market changes and implement effective strategies.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to influence others
- Be knowledgeable about ICT
