- As a Compliance Officer for Senior Management Staff and Subsidiaries at GText Holding, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will work closely with senior management teams and subsidiaries to promote a culture of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures tailored to the needs of senior management staff and subsidiaries.
- Ensure that policies are effectively communicated and understood across all relevant departments.
- Conduct compliance training sessions for senior management and subsidiary employees to enhance their understanding of relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Foster a culture of compliance through regular communication and awareness campaigns
- Identify compliance risks associated with the activities of senior management staff and subsidiaries.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance compliance effectiveness.
- Establish monitoring mechanisms to track compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and the board of directors on compliance performance and areas for improvement.
- Conduct investigations into potential compliance violations and breaches.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions and remediation measures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits related to senior management and subsidiary activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting the company's operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields, with specific experience in overseeing compliance for senior management and subsidiaries.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to multinational corporations, particularly in the sectors relevant to GText Holding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to identify emerging compliance risks.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools for compliance monitoring and reporting.
