Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Description This is a freelance remote contract role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Gable Digital Solutions. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and curating engaging social media content, developing and implementing social media strategies, conducting digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing social media metrics. This includes both creating social media content posts, as well as creating and optimizing social media ad campaigns and managing ad spend. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

• Fluent in English as it is spoken in the United States (US-style grammar and spelling)
• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Social Media Content Creation and Communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
• Knowledge of social media analytics platforms
• Ability to create top of funnel, middle of funnel, and bottom of funnel ad campaigns
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and determine profitable ads based on COGS, ad spend, revenue and ROAS
• Ability to analyze daily and seasonal performance variances and optimize daily ad spend budgets for optimal scaling and ROAS
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Requirements

• Must be able to perform at least 2 hours per business day
• Must provide a daily report about the work performed for any day on which work is performed
• Must sign a consulting contract
• Must provide a W-8BEN form indicating foreign tax status
• Must submit weekly invoices for hours worked with details about the work performed
• Must be able to receive International Wire Transfers

Additional Details As a Freelance Contractor, you are generally free to set your own hours. However, you must initially be available during the hours 5am - 9am US Eastern time to take meetings. In the future, this time range will expand to Noon Eastern time. You also may decide which days you work and how much you work on any given day, as long as you attend the meetings scheduled with you on Monday - Friday during the hours listed above. This position also requires that you put in at least 2 hours each business day reviewing, optimizing, and enhancing ad campaigns and ad performance. If you are unavailable on a particular business day, this would need to be discussed and accounted for with your manager on an as-needed basis. You may not bill for more than 40 hours in a given week. Any invoice you send must accurately reflect the hours worked and detail the work completed. At some point in the future, we plan to convert this contract position into a full time hire position.
