Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Night Shift). The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. They will analyze data and metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to improve campaign performance. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, and stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies. Compensation: INR 300K per Year + Performance Bonus Job-Time: Night Time IST Working Hours: Schedule 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Indian Standard Timing (IST) for night shift work. Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s website development.
• Post on LinkedIn and other social media handles.
• Set up the Company’s email marketing program.
• Set up a Google Ads marketing campaign.
• Provide Digital Marketing services to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 Years experience required
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends
• Certifications in digital marketing are a plus
• Experience with night shift work and remote work is preferred
