Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social)

About GrowthBuddy We are a UK-based company that matches the finest remote talent with startups based in the UK, Europe and Australia. As part of this, we find and interview remote talent worldwide and introduce them to businesses. We work with start-ups and agencies in various segments; some of our current customers specialise in marketing, mental health and fintech. Role type: Fully remote (UK hours) Salary range : ₹10L - ₹15L per year What you'll do:

• You’ll become a key part of our client's business: strategising, planning & running ads for our clients, with a focus on social platforms.
• You'll be responsible for the whole process from strategy to account management and actual execution (with the support from a team around you).
• Further responsibilities will include budget management and monitoring, being in the driving seat on the account and moving strategic plans forward, coming up with innovative ideas for testing, performance monitoring, client communication and reporting. 

• You’ve run Meta ads professionally for 2+ years and Tiktok ads for at least 1 year (more than just boosting posts).
• You have experience working in a small agency environment or in-house at a company where you were the only person responsible for media buying. We value people forced to create big things with small budgets and are well-versed in problem solving.
• You’re highly proficient in written and spoken English
• You have experience working with other advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads)
• You have proficiency in analytics, reporting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and convey complex ideas.
• You are detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

• Screening aptitude test (20 mins) - to gauge your communication and reasoning skills
• Discovery call (20 mins) - to understand your motivations and answer any initial questions.
• Technical task & discussion (2-3 hours) - to evaluate key skills for this role.
