Job details

  • Manage application solutions of Plantation Information Technology and be responsible for requirement, analytical, development, configuration, integration, implementation, monitoring and supporting systems.
  • Ensure the software deliverables comply with the quality standards and are completed on time. 
  • Conduct the root cause analysis of software issues and resolve them with an efficient solution.
  • Analysing existing systems to provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assessing new technologies before adoption and implementation.
  • Execute full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Participate in simplifying traditional work processes by implementing the digital transformation solution.
Requirements:-
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related.
  • Proficiency with mobile or web development tool, .Net framework, Microsoft SQL server, SQL reporting, Power App. Prior working experience with web and mobile development is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years working experience in system development.
  • Candidate must possess strong analyzing, programming, critical and problem-solving skills.
  • An innovative problem-solver and motivated strategist.
  • A good team player.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and capable to meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess good health and fit to work.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
