- Manage application solutions of Plantation Information Technology and be responsible for requirement, analytical, development, configuration, integration, implementation, monitoring and supporting systems.
- Ensure the software deliverables comply with the quality standards and are completed on time.
- Conduct the root cause analysis of software issues and resolve them with an efficient solution.
- Analysing existing systems to provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assessing new technologies before adoption and implementation.
- Execute full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Participate in simplifying traditional work processes by implementing the digital transformation solution.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related.
- Proficiency with mobile or web development tool, .Net framework, Microsoft SQL server, SQL reporting, Power App. Prior working experience with web and mobile development is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years working experience in system development.
- Candidate must possess strong analyzing, programming, critical and problem-solving skills.
- An innovative problem-solver and motivated strategist.
- A good team player.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and capable to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess good health and fit to work.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
