Position Overview: As an Account Manager at Voov Media, you'll hold a pivotal position in fostering and expanding our relationships with digital content creators and partners. This role entails strategizing to maximize content monetization, optimize revenue streams, and ensure the satisfaction and growth of our creators' portfolios. With the freedom to work remotely, you'll have the flexibility to engage with our global network of creators, providing customized solutions and support to propel their success in the digital realm. Responsibilities:
- Managing 15-20 exclusive client social media accounts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Weekly communication between exclusive clients and editorial team.
- Conduct regular reviews and analyses of creator performance, providing insights and strategies for improvement.
- Uploading weekly videos to various social media platforms.
- Moderating comments on Facebook on behalf of assigned creators.
- Maintaining organized records/folders of assigned creator's content.
- Ensuring high-quality edits from our in-house editorial team.
- Analyzing data/metrics to ensure optimal performance.
- Strategize and implement effective content monetization plans to optimize revenue for creators and Voov Media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of content creators, understanding their needs and challenges to offer customized support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues faced by creators, ensuring a seamless experience with Voov Media.
- Facilitate educational sessions for creators on best practices for content optimization and monetization.
- Work in US time zone
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an English level of C1 (Advanced) or C2 (Native) in both oral and written abilities.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the digital media, social media, or content creation sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital content trends, monetization strategies, and social media platforms.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, demonstrating excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Have experience in copywriting, content creation
