Full job description

• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employee
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
• Manage employee's grievance and provide necessary counselling
• Create and run referral bonus programs
• Handle full set payroll
• Manage Employee & Welfare
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Leave Management- Aware overall employee's attendance, monitoring and manage leave record.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required Skill(s): Human Resource Management, Payroll, Labour Law, Management Report
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
