The Opportunity In this role, you will be able to make a real impact on the reliability and safety of large language models and generative AI solutions across different verticals. You will work on the cutting edge of envisioning and building new types of tools and algorithms to monitor, explain, and improve such models. We're seeking a skilled full-stack developer with proficiency in frontend engineering to contribute to our initial product. Our tech stack includes Python/Fastapi and PostgreSQL/AWS on the backend, and React/Next.js/JavaScript/TypeScript on the frontend. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact and take ownership from the outset. We're looking for someone who thrives in the early stages of a company and is self-driven. The role will be front-end heavy with occasional work in the backend.  What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, UX Designer, and Engineers to translate product requirements into engineering specifications.
• Deliver features in an end-to-end manner: from technical design, development, and testing to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership and take ownership of specific areas of the Inspeq platform.
• Lead code review efforts and ensure quality in your area of ownership.
• Actively participate in product discussions, taking ownership and initiative.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of frontend development experience in a professional setting.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience working in the Next.js/React/TypeScript ecosystem.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience working in the backend, Python/Fastapi and PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in advanced JavaScript concepts
• Proficiency in converting mocks into high-quality HTML/CSS(We use Figma)
• Well-versed with AWS Infra, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with responsive web design, media queries, and delivering functionality across various client devices and browsers.
• Familiarity with UI design patterns, security, CDNs, performance, and usability.
• Knowledge of modern engineering practices including code reviews, continuous Integration/continuous deployment, and automated testing.
• Open to contributing to other aspects of full-stack engineering. 
• Proven track record of delivering scalable and reliable applications.

Bonus If You Have

• Worked/working in AI products/teams/companies.
• Experience working on side/hobby projects and contributing to open-source projects
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress.
• Familiarity with ant design.
• Previous experience working at a startup.
