Senior Staff Engineer Line Block Stability Process

In your new role you will:

1. Technical Lead process engineering and production support for one selected assigned area in semiconductor
2. Drive quality KPI, solve yield issues in the cleanroom, lead excursion prevention.
3. Process optimization, on key input variable control for critical process control.
4. Lead teams and work closely with development and integration to help define process solutions on products.
5. Lead tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow. Support production ramp
6. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, DMAIC knowledge and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
7. Lead and Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Lead and Work on Productivity improvement and Cost down improvement. Lead cross functional Projects to support Production.
8. Lead Manufacturing to resolve production issues and reduce production line disruptions.
9. Perform or lead Process FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management
10. Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications, Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP), and training certification.
11. Guide and Develop Senior Engineer.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. At least Degree and/or Masters in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas).
2. Approximately 7+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry / production areaSome professional experience in Equipment engineering
3. In-depth understanding of principles and concepts in own technical /specialist area
