What is Expert Digital Platforms & Growth? The role reports directly to the Stream Head Digital Products & Design and has 0 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 6 team members.

  • Work on growth, analytics & reporting of Jazz digital platforms, focusing on acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Liaise with BI team to extract and model customer data to build feasibilities for new projects and prepare post-camp analysis for existing projects and campaigns.
  • Explore global best practices for tracking customer behavior on digital platforms along with the tools being used at every step of the customer journey from Ad impression to platform usage.
  • Plan strategies to increase revenue from Jazz digital platforms.
  • Interpret data and metrics for performance insights to be implemented in growth activities.
  • Develop Business cases for upcoming features on digital services.
  • Monitor business performance of all digital products. 
  • Develop holistic business forecasts on a quarterly basis for the digital services in order to gauge month on month growth in subscribers, active users, revenue etc.
  • Develop daily tracking reports for each digital product and automate reporting.
  • Develop targets pertaining to the relevant KPIs e.g. MAU, revenue and share with relevant stakeholders for achievement and review.
  • Participate & contribute in digital transformation initiatives being taken for the digitalization of Jazz.
What does Digital Platforms and Growth Expert do? Additional responsibilities and deliverables will include the following:
  • Reporting and Monitoring of major KPIs (MAU, revenue, retention etc) for all digital platforms.
  • Updating relevant stakeholders on performance of platforms on a weekly basis.
  • Forecasting exercises will fall under the ownership of this role.
  • Development of business cases for feature development as well as marketing campaigns.
  • Target achievement monitoring and tracking performance against respective targets for each month.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Business.
  • 3+ years’ experience in analytics, segmentation or product management.
  • Prior experience in analytics will be preferred
  • Prior experience of working on a digital platform (app or website) in the domain of analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as you will be collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Willing to adapt according to the evolving digital landscapes. You should have a focus on customer experience and be proficient at customer journey mapping.
  • Results driven, independent thinker with skills in data, analytics, marketing and integrations.
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to explain complicated topics in an accessible manner to management and stakeholders.
  • Motivated to work in an innovative and collaborative environment encouraging rapid testing and experimentation.
  • Ability to devise business cases for new initiatives.
  • Ability to approach challenges with a problem solving mindset.
  • Solid understanding of different marketing channels and their impact for growth and engagement.
  • Hands-on experience of Digital Analytics tools.
