Communication and Marketing Associate

Hi , We are looking to hire for a 'Communication and Marketing Associate' role with min 6m-2 years of experience for a company based in Bangalore. Roles and responsibilities involve:

• Content creation (written, designed, and video) for various marketing needs internally and for clients.
• Must be able to Draft presentations, emails, documents, etc., for internal and external use.
• Research into lateral industries, learning insight from data (we will train you to do this)

• Training in innovative tools and skills
• One-on-one leadership coaching
• Exciting incentives
• Attend hackathons, training sessions, and business and social impact community events.
• Paid for travel and stay in Bangalore for our in-person hackathons Details
• Timings: 1:30 pm -12 am (We work with global teams; hence the schedule is set up accordingly)
• We are a hybrid working team that meets twice a week and works remotely the rest of the week.
• Must be from Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore.

• MUST BE ORGANIZED, QUICK TO EXECUTE AND DETAIL-ORIENTED
• Interest in self-growth is required.
• Good writing skills adaptable to various mediums (email, social media, articles)
• Fluent English- written and spoken.
• Must own a laptop
