About the role The role of the Digital Marketing Manager is a broad role owning all things digital marketing at Halon. You will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing Halon’s digital marketing efforts across all digital channels. You will specialize in growth, data, SEO, SEM, and more. You are a digital, growth-oriented, data-driven marketer who loves the mix of operational and strategic work. Knowing Halon is a growing company and the digital marketing role is new, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands full with various tasks. This will be a fun and exciting role for someone passionate about digital marketing who is excited about the challenge of accelerating the digital marketing function. Responsibilities:
- Digital strategy: Plan, develop, and implement the digital strategy in line with the business and marketing strategy.
- Website management: Constantly maintain and develop the website to increase high-quality traffic and conversions.
- CMS management: Work with developers to maintain a healthy CMS, overseeing its set-up, integration, and optimization.
- Marketing side of the CRM: Customize CRM workflows, fields, and automation rules to align with marketing processes and data requirements, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- SEO strategy and execution: Work with relevant stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement the SEO strategy.
- SEA and SEM strategy and execution: Work with relevant stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement the SEA and SEM strategy.
- Analytics & reporting: Set up dashboards and reports to track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) via tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc: Collaborate with developers and agencies on planning, execution, optimization, reporting, and analysis of campaigns.
- Significant and proven experience working hands-on with digital marketing and B2B lead generation.
- Thrive on working with both strategy and operational work, demonstrating a track record of successfully implementing digital marketing initiatives from conception to execution.
- Previous experience working hands-on with digital marketing activities such as website management/development, CMS, CRM, SEO, SEA, SEM, and inbound marketing.
- Hands-on experience working with Hubspot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Please note that this is required to be successful in the role.
- Love data and are eager to measure, track, and evaluate the results of all digital marketing activities.
- Strong communication skills and believe teamwork makes the dream work.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, freelancers, agencies, and partners.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in India. Please note that the role will require some travel to Europe and North America.
