Community Intern Job Brief We are currently working on the largest community of highly skilled teachers in the world on our platform and hiring a Community Manager to help us build, launch, and scale it. This is an exciting opportunity to witness a new side of our product come alive in a blue ocean market, and to make a mark in its growth from 0 to 1 to 100 in a short span of time. Location: Gurugram (We work majorly remote-only with a team meet every quarter) Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Community Content Creation: Craft engaging and relevant content to spark conversations, share insights, and provide value to our community members.
  2. Community Moderation : Ensure a positive and safe community environment through moderation and encouraging meaningful interactions.
  3. Community Growth and Marketing: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract, onboard, and retain community members.
  4. Planning and Hosting Community Events: Organize and execute virtual and in-person community events to foster engagement, learning, and networking among community members.
Requirements:
  1. Have a twinkle in your eye and a smile on your face when you talk about community
  2. Work Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers are also welcome)
  3. Willingness to think creatively and adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape
