Looking for: BMS Control SW, Automotive SW Development, Release activity, Autosar, Apsice, Documentation, Inverter/DC-DC/Charger/Cluster/ADAS expertise. Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical integration of BMS into battery packs and vehicles, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to verify that battery software and hardware meet system requirements and battery pack specifications.
- Deploy, update, and maintain BMS functional software and hardware requirements for North American battery applications (BEV, PHEV/MHEV).
- Document and apply lessons learned to enhance BMS requirements and processes.
- Conduct technical reviews and compliance analyses of source packages.
- Support Stellantis Quality Gate milestones as per the Propulsion Systems Development Plan (PSDP).
- Lead component DFMEA's to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Provide support to validation and test teams, facilitating end-of-line programming and BMS program support.
- Collaborate with BMS systems architects and SME engineers to clarify BMS software and hardware requirements.
- Offer technical clarification to suppliers and manufacturing teams, ensuring design integrity.
- Work collaboratively across functions to ensure BMS electronics and software meet customer needs.
- Support BMS engineering and management in program execution duties.
- Demonstrated expertise in Automotive Battery Systems.
- Proficiency with software development, diagnostics, and data analysis tools (e.g., HIL testers, CANalyzer, INCA).
- Familiarity with disciplined system development processes based on ASPICE or CMMI models.
- Knowledge of automotive ECU test methods and procedures.
- Understanding of electrical components used in BMS.
