• Design, implement, and manage Azure virtual networks, subnets, and routing configurations. 
• Configure and maintain Azure network security groups, firewalls, and VPN gateways. 
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate Azure networking solutions into the overall architecture. 
• Implement and manage network monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. 
• Evaluate and recommend network-related Azure services to enhance performance and security. 
• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures. 
• Know Express Route, Private Link, Virtual WAN, Private and Public MEC, Front Door, CDN. 
• Stay updated with the latest Azure networking technologies and industry best practices. 
• Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments on Azure resources and applications. 
• Implement and manage Azure policies and compliance standards to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2). 
• Monitor Azure environments for security threats and anomalies, responding to security incidents and performing forensic investigations when necessary. 
• Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate security best practices into the CI/CD pipeline and application lifecycle. 
• Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures. 
• Stay updated with the latest Azure security tools, technologies, and industry trends. 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Strong experience in designing and implementing Azure networking solutions. 
• Proficiency in Azure networking services like Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall, etc. 
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other networking protocols and services. 
• Hands-on experience with network security practices and tools in Azure environments. 
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-700, AZ-104, AZ-500, Microsoft Azure Security Technologies, CISSP, or other security certifications) would be a plus. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Extensive experience in Azure security and a strong understanding of Azure services and infrastructure. 
• Hands-on experience with Azure security tools such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, Azure Key Vault, Azure Sentinel, etc. 
• Proficiency in security assessments, penetration testing tools, and vulnerability management in Azure environments. 
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and experience implementing security controls to meet regulatory requirements. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
