  • Job Summary Moris Media is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Listing Manager to join our team and manage the moCal brand's online product presence. This role is pivotal in presenting our products in an organized, attractive, and search-optimized way across our e-commerce platforms. You'll be responsible for creating compelling product listings, ensuring accuracy, and maximizing the visibility of our products to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Primary Responsibilities:
    • Product Listing Creation & Optimization: Craft detailed and informative product listings that comply with e-commerce platform guidelines. Optimize titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to boost search engine rankings (SEO).
    • Inventory & Data Management: Collaborate with suppliers for product information, monitor inventory, maintain stock accuracy, and conduct regular listing audits.
    • Trend Analysis & Growth: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and suggest product line expansion opportunities to boost sales.
    • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and align strategies for maximum impact.
    • E-Commerce Best Practices: Stay informed on the latest industry trends and e-commerce strategies to continuously improve our online presence.
    Experience:
    • 1-2 Years: Proven experience in e-commerce product listing management or a similar role.
    Qualifications:
    • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Preferred: Certification in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing.
    Essential Skills:
    • E-Commerce Proficiency: Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and their functionalities.
    • SEO Know-How: Working knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for product listings.
    • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for optimization.
    • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product information.
    • Problem-Solving & Time Management: Proactive in identifying issues and adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
    Desirable Skills:
    • Product Photography & Editing: Experience with product photography and image editing software.
    • Online Merchandising: Basic understanding of online merchandising principles for effective product display.
    • Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
    Additional Requirements:
    • Customer Service Mindset: Possess strong communication skills, active listening, patience, and empathy to ensure a positive customer experience, even when addressing inquiries or concerns.
    • Self-Starter & Adaptable: Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, remote environment.
