To lead all marketing efforts for the Small Volume Parenteral (SVP) portfolio, encompassing Injectables, Antibiotics, Analgesia, Nebsol, and Diluents. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and maximising market penetration. The role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and managing product portfolios.

Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to capitalise on market insights and drive revenue growth.

Lead the strategic planning and execution of new product launches within the SVP portfolio. Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless product launches.

Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, distributors and funders.

Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with organisational goals.

Oversee the management of product portfolios, including product lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and product positioning.

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for portfolio optimisation.

Enhance brand visibility and reputation through targeted marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and promotional activities.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Develop and implement training programs to equip sales representatives with in-depth knowledge of new products, therapeutic areas, and market dynamics.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

Medical and/or Sciences degree (preferrable)

3 Years experience at a senior marketing manager level Demonstrated experience in new product launches and market penetration strategies

Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and planning

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams, external partners

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for identifying and capitalising on market opportunities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical sector

Proficiency in market research and analysis tools/software
