Experience : 11+ yrs Location : Remote Key Responsibilities: Change Management Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the needs of the ARIBA implementation project. This includes assessing the change impact, identifying stakeholders, and designing targeted interventions. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage a broad range of stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and involvement throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization to facilitate the change process.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, change management, information systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in the context of ARIBA or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementations.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and how ARIBA can optimize these.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
  • Work Environment and Conditions:
  • Flexibility in work hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines and accommodate different time zones.
