Work Shift: Night Shift The Procurement Specialist is a crucial component within the Sales team. The Procurement Specialit is responsible for the development of existing Clients in a remote capacity: telephone, email, or Teams. Responsibilities will include analyzing the Client’s needs and recommending the right products and services, as well as preparing and following up on quotations and orders for the Client. To be effective, the Sales Support Representative must establish a strong and collaborative working relationship with our outside sales, presales, service, and customer success teams. The Procurement Specialist is recognized for their product and vendor program knowledge, organizational and sales ability, and possesses exceptional client interaction skills that are conducive to Client engagement and build long-term trusted relationships. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Perform business development activity
  • Prepare proposals and follow up through to closure
  • Monitor renewals, prepare quotations and follow up through to closure
  • Actively participate marketing campaigns and social media initiatives
  • Assist all other Sales Support Representatives in performing their business development activity.
  • Perform order management and other administrative sales tasks to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • - Actively monitor Deal Registration Tracker, Live Dashboard, Alerts and Customer Stock.
  • Personal development and self-improvement: Portfolio training, sales skills, social media and marketing tactics
  • Other duties assigned by the Company PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform business development activities to solicit and win run-rate business opportunities:
  • - Proactively contribute to the achievement of the assigned team’s sales objectives.- Perform 5-10 follow-up and / or prospecting calls / day.- Actively participate in Company-driven marketing and social media initiatives.
  • Perform order management and other administrative sales tasks to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction:
- Order Management tasks.- Administrative sales tasks- Keeping the inside sales handbook up to date.
  • Personal Development and Self-improvement:
- Understand and communicate the entire Company portfolio:- Invest in your sales career: formal education, self-paced study and reading:- Represent the Company in a manner that is conducive to business while respecting corporate policies and standards for professionalism published in the Employee Manual
  • Other duties as assigned by the Company.
  • Strive to maintain EXCELLENT relationships with customer base, strategical alliances, and vendor partners.
  • Document and communicate all pertinent information.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Excellent communication ability in the English language, both written and spoken is a must.
  • College diploma or work experience equivalency.
  • Possess one to three (1 - 3) years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT.
  • Strong communication skills combined with the ability to listen well and create sales opportunities.
  • Organized, self-disciplined, proactive, motivated and ambitious to succeed.
  • Operational proficiency in IT-related technologies with an aptitude for identifying client needs and positioning IT solutions and related services to address customer’s business needs.
  • Possess intermediate-to-advanced skills and knowledge of standard office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, CRM and messaging tools) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month Benefits:
