We're seeking a passionate Recruiter to initially help us build our programming and technical teams from the ground up in Malaysia. Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to expand Larian's Programming and Game Development teams in Malaysia.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods (Boolean, Xray searching) and platforms (LinkedIn, Mobygames, Stackoverflow etc) to identify potential candidates.
• Screen and interview both passive and active candidates.
• Maintain a candidate database using our ATS, Lever.
• Initiate outreach messages and execute talent engagement campaigns.
• Network at local and remote events to connect with potential prospects.
• Serve as a talent advisor and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Continuously enhance your domain knowledge.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Sourcing, with a focus on technical or programming roles.
• Proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing methods.
• Genuine passion for computer games or game development.
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers.
• Ability to positively represent Larian and our teams to potential candidates.
• Familiarity with recruitment and sourcing technologies, including ATS's and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer in the games, technology, IT, or software industry.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
