About Our Client Our client is a leading MNC manufacturer and provider of precision instruments and services. At present, they are in search of a Supply Chain Transformation Lead to join the business. Job Description

  • Manage Business Transformation
  • Lead change in legacy units towards roll-in.
  • Identify business gaps and advise on Blue Ocean strategies.
  • Gather user requirements and ensure smooth roll-in processes.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure readiness for go-live.
  • Guide Roll-In Key Users
  • Support local key user teams and management.
  • Facilitate user adoption of new processes and practices.
  • Minimize disruptions and ensure stability post go-live.
  • Enabler and Change Agent
  • Understand business needs and manage change impact.
  • Collaborate on organization design sessions for seamless transitions.
  • Starter Pac Activities
  • Prepare units for Blue Ocean implementation.
  • Ensure readiness by addressing data and structural requirements.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or IT.
  • Min 6 years in Supply Chain Management, preferably with SAP experience.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Understanding of Master Data and its impact on MRP.
  • Knowledge of intercompany and third-party procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP (SAP) system for material and vendor creation.
  • Proficiency in inbound goods receiving and stock movements.
  • Understanding of outbound delivery processes.
  • Knowledge of Available to Promise (ATP) and order confirmation.
  • Basic understanding of Returns Management Process.
