Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools. Partner with the best As a Region Lead, you will bring hands-on and strategic thought leadership regarding technology, disciplines, and products. You will create great partnerships across product lines. You will provide overall leadership, vision, direction for reservoir navigation services (Geosteering). You will provide broader well construction in RTS and roadmap to achieve strategic goals that aligned with our key customer. As a Regional Reservoir Navigation Services (Geosteering) Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Developing close working relationships with key customer stakeholders and organizations.
- Ensuring successful commercialization & field-testing of any new technology within the sphere of expertise that is deployed in the region.
- Having significant impact on customer solution, and support product line technical initiatives and strategies.
- Ensuring and driving lessons learned and continuous improvement within service delivery of reservoir navigation services.
- Selling product/solution value.
- Developing novel concepts and approaches to resolve unique or controversial engineering problems.
- Publishing case histories, technical reports and papers for internal and external use.
- Have a Bachelor background in Geoscience or Science/Engineering related disciplines.
- Have minimum of 5 years of experience in Reservoir Navigation Services (Geosteering).
- Have in-depth technical knowledge of reservoir navigation services (Geosteering). Some knowledge in Baker Hughes products and services portfolio will be great.
- Demonstrate solid overview of Baker Hughes products and services within the formation evaluation and well construction portfolios.
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate ability to build rapport and networks across complex organizations and disciplines.
- Have ability to mentor, coach and develop others with effective oral and written communication skills in English.
