- Minimum 2 years' experience in M&A, Capital Market, Corporate Advisory and related practice areas
- Experience in conducting legal due diligence and has been exposed to capital market deals such as Initial Public Offering, Rights Issue and employee share schemes
- Excellent writing/drafting and analytical skills
- Team player and proactive in resolving issues
