Your Roles
- Establish division target in line with company policy
- Develop plans to achieve division objectives
- Identify overall training needs for the division
- Approve division budget, expenses, and manpower allocation
- Ensure smooth and efficient company operations
- Implement new activities to improve company profit
- Provide alternative solutions when decision-making is required
- Liaise with HQ for final decisions on quality and development
- Direct the front loading process for new development models
- Ensure understanding of quality policy among subordinates
- Participate in ISO Steering Committee activities

- 3+ years of engineering experience at the managerial level
