• Financial Operations: Manage the day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable & receivable, payroll, banking, and general ledger.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and provide insightful analysis to management.
• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Cash Flow Management: Implement strategies to optimize working capital and ensure sufficient cash flow to support operations.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with the business, including supplier credit, customer defaults, and market fluctuations.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant tax regulations and filings.
• Internal Controls & Processes: Develop and implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity.
• Financial Systems & Technology: Evaluate and implement financial management software solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives and growth objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting practices, and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with financial management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
