Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science or related courses (master's is a plus)5+ years of HR experience in tech or IT SMB companies

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with key stakeholders' leaders across all levels of the organization to ensure global HR strategy is localized, compliant with the local laws.
  2. Support documentation and delivery of HR processes, policies, and procedures in the region across the entire employee life cycle.
  3. Serve as the main escalation point for any employee related issues and will be involved in people issue consultations, culture management, program roll outs, training and change management effectively.
  4. Actively identify gaps and propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
  5. Develop an attractive and well-rounded compensation and benefits package (salary, bonus, incentives, health benefits, etc.) for all roles in the organization.
  6. Ensure timely processing of compensation and benefits.
  7. Ensure accurate management and reporting of leave and attendance records.
  8. Manage payroll processes end-to-end and coordinate with internal accounts, payroll-related vendors and government agencies.
  9. Look after employee relations, performance management and career development policies, training and processes.
  10. Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations and implements best practices.
  11. Manage, comply with audit and compliance queries from government agencies.
  12. Develop and monitor the HR and Admin's budget.
  13. Support all administrative responsibilities including but not limited to facilities management and management of key HR/admin vendors.
  14. Manage the full lifecycle of critical global hires in PH ensuring identifying top tier candidates, effective negotiation, offer extension, and successful candidate onboarding.
  15. Create talent pipeline for critical positions through headhunting and passive hiring.
  16. Work closely with senior stakeholders to plan talent with evolving business needs.
  17. Rigorous candidate assessment and evaluation aligning with organization culture and values.
  18. Effective networking and partnering with senior candidates on social media.
  19. Employer branding
  20. Updating Job Boards Globally
  21. Forecast Planning and Hiring for PH as per business requirement for service delivery and other department roles.
