- Review the current approved and documented AML/CTF policies and procedures; determine gaps against applicable AML/CTFs laws and regulations and industry leading practices to identify areas of improvement
- Ensure compliance with AMLA, RIRR, and implementation of MTPP
- Assist in assessing the current KYC/CDD documentation of the customers, identifying gaps, and remediation
- Assist in implementing and maintaining transaction monitoring policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks
- Serves as SME in providing compliance insights and educating employees on the latest regulations and processes including formulation of training decks
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through creation of detailed reports and various management information systems
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of AML Compliance experience in a Banking/Financial Services/FinTech company
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills that can provide useful data for senior management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
- Strong academic background
- Proficiency in English written and verbal communication, with at least some experience in facilitating technical training
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
