Accounting and Finance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other financial disclosures.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing the company’s budgeting process, as well as forecasting future financial performance based on analysis of historical data and market trends.
• Cash Management: Overseeing the company’s cash flow, monitoring liquidity, and managing working capital to ensure that the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.
• Tax Compliance: Managing the company’s tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Management Accounting: Providing financial information and analysis to support operational decision-making within the organization, such as product costing, pricing decisions, and performance measurement.
• Internal Controls: Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Compliance and Regulation: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and other legal requirements, as well as staying abreast of changes in regulations that may affect the company.
• Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development of the company’s overall strategic plan, including providing financial input and analysis to support long-term business decisions and growth initiatives.

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or any related course.
• Must have at least 3 to 4 years realted experience in supervisory level.
• Experienced in handling and preparing all financial and accounting data and can provide inputs, and guidance.
• Open to Non CPA candidates.
