Our client, a leading smart wind power technology and energy stor****** solution company, is urgently seeking a Project Associate - WIND to join their team in the Philippines. The Project Development Specialist man******s the entire project development activities including coordination with all stakeholders in order to complete the project on time within the scope and within the approved budget. As of now, they offer a privilege of remote ork set-up, however this may change as per man******ment prerogative. Responsibilities

  • Man****** and coordinate the development activities of assigned projects (end to end process)
  • Responsible for planning and strategizing the acquisition of target land within the project boundaries
  • Monitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date
  • Coordinating with local government entities and scoping local contractors for specific surveys
  • Interaction with all the project stakeholders (government, communities, contractors, TBC teams and investors)
  • Man****** contractors, sub-contractor, vendors in term of contractual obligations, performance, time schedule and cost
  • Handover of the project’s permits to the Project Construction and Financing Teams
  • Provide support to ESG Officer, Project Construction and Financing teams for next steps
  • Identify business opportunities and helps form relationships with key utilities and other potential clients in the region
Requirements:
  • Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in energy, electric power, man******ment and other related majors. Postgraduate degree ******
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, experience in new energy and power related industries is ******
  • Proven track record of strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Applicants with experience in project development, resources development, government public relations and other complex industries will be given priority
  • Highly ethical, self-disciplined, resilient to pressure, and is able to travel from time to time (both local and overseas) according to project needs
