Job Purpose As CloudEats continue to scale, we’re looking for a passionate Product Manager for our in-house hero platform product. He/she will be responsible for defining and driving the Platform product vision and product strategy for the Vietnam market. Finally, he/she will be a key player in driving user adoption, engagement, and platform growth. This is an independent contributor (IC) role and the candidate will report directly to the Head of Product. He/she will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, Finance, Commercial, and Kitchen Operations among others. Main Duties Product & project management
- Act as the product manager for our Platform product to define and manage the product backlog and prioritize feature releases in line with the broader roadmap and business goals.
- Work with Design and Commercial to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points, and customer journeys.
- Be the voice of the customer in the definition of your product/service, and collaborate with other product managers to converge on a broader coherent proposition.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for Engineering.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team from project inception to scoping, design, concept testing, and project delivery.
- Provide insights into product, technology, and market trends, pre-empting imminent disruptions and identifying opportunities for acceleration.
- Assist our Commercial teams in driving average daily orders (ADO), Average Order Value (AOV), gross margins, and Total product P&L including commitment to partners.
- Identify, design and implement data analytics to gather customer and product insights, and valuable user feedback.
- Assist our Finance teams in ensuring that our products adhere to statutory requirements with regulatory bodies.
- Other duties and tasks as may be assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years related experience handling mobile/web platforms
- API experience
- Agile/Scrum knowledge and experience
