Seeking for Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team and take the lead in overseeing finances while actively driving strategic decision-making. Asia Teleservices Inc (Asiatel Outsourcing), a rapidly growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company based at the heart of Ortigas Center Pasig, Philippines, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant . With a team of 200 employees, we have been providing exceptional outsourcing services to our clients since 2006. As a Senior Accountant , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, risk management, and strategic financial initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the management to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Job Responsibilities: Financial Reporting
- Prepare the company's budget report on a quarterly basis
- Develop and maintain monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts and effectively follow up on reconciling differences
- Prepare Financial Statement Reports for Management use
- Assist auditors for internal and external audits, including handling queries
- Review invoices prepared before sending to clients
- Monitor invoice status, send follow-ups for unpaid clients, and confirm payments once received
- Prepare Cash Disbursement, Bank Reconciliation, and Cash Flow Report on a bimonthly basis
- Review Payroll Reports every payout and CTC for every client's request
- File BIR Reports through EFPS and submit DAT files in e-submission
- Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
- Record and encode transactions in ATHL QuickBooks
- Check data to ensure the accuracy of records and individual accounts
- Prepare reconciliation of intercompany balances on a monthly basis
- Maintain and update the accounts of the Dormant Subsidiary Companies in QuickBooks
- Coordinate with the bank for other banking transactions and concerns, including confirming funding received and trading US$ to Peso
- Liaise with Legal for advice to ensure legal compliance
- Perform other related tasks as required by management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication , problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Efficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
