Role Purpose Mission The Loyalty and Usage Specialist will be responsible for the overall management of the residential customer usage and loyalty programs through strategic product planning and marketing. Have a solid understanding of the overall product management process and experience with developing & implementing usage and loyalty programs. Outcomes The Loyalty and Usage Specialist role leads the overall customer loyalty and usage strategy, including the development, project management, and implementation of loyalty programs for various products and services. What You'll Do
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable campaigns using best practices and leveraging on the existing tools of QuadX
- Manage the process of designing, building, and launching CLVM campaigns based on data-driven insights and project learnings to increase engagement, revenues, website/app traffic, etc.
- Coordinate with CLVM Execution on managing the campaign calendar, timelines, priorities, resources, etc., before campaign launches.
- Collaborate with the Analytics Team and other possible stakeholders to identify engagement triggers to be able to design practical, efficient, and effective customer journeys and experiences
- Build and continuously refine customer journey campaign matrices based on output of historical campaigns launched
- Partner with stakeholders to find areas for improvement on the CLVM processes
- Provide insights and creative direction in message/content development.
- Bachelor's Degree with a background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data-driven Marketing/Direct Marketing (e.g. e-mail marketing)
- 3+ years work experience in the same field, preferably in Logistics or E-commerce
- Knowledge of some CRM/CEM platforms.
- Experience in owning projects from beginning to end
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal & written)
- Experience in analytics (e.g. A/B testing)
- Experience designing and executing CLM/digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of email and other automated campaigns
- Work collaboratively and energetically with all other teams to achieve his/her goal
- Supreme work ethic, strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities
- Strong ability to evaluate quantitative data sets and determine “big picture” implications and opportunities.
