Position Purpose: The individual will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling proposals, managing crucial data, and contributing to the strategic market development of the public sector custom programme portfolio at REDC. Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in drafting proposals for executive programmes, particularly in the public sector, focusing on tenders and RFPs.
- Support the development and execution of strategies to expand the market reach of custom programmes. This role will offer a unique opportunity for professional growth.
- Assist in research related to the public sector and executive education trends, providing valuable insights for new business development.
- Maintain and update executive centre data, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and availability.
- Conduct basic data analysis, extracting insights from the available data. Collaborate with the team on generating reports.
- Manage regular programme-related operations related to custom programmes. This may include follow-up for payments, managing Learning Need Assessments and communication and coordination with the client for programme-related details.
- Prepare post-programme evaluation summaries for custom programmes.
- Establish and maintain good relations with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the programme delivery team in delivering the programme as per the Centre’s needs.

- Bachelors or Master’s in related disciplines.
